The Bier Circus offers a simple menu with home cooked meals. As you can guess it by the name of the place , it’s a local cuisine with beer. You will be pleasantly surprised to taste traditional dishes with a personal hint of beer. The Beer ‘n Beef Stew with Westmalle Trappist Beer, the Fish Waterzooi with Lambic, Mixed Vegetables and Boiled Potatoes or the Spaghetti Bolognaise cooked with Chimay will make you discover a tasty beer cuisine.
